SummaryThe Frankfort Production hourly team member will use straight and or mechanical knives, skinners, and other processing tools to trim and cut carcasses to meet stringent customer specifications.
To ensure food safety, the production floor is generally around 35 to 38 degrees.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
